Whatever your distance, speed or experience we will have the run for you.  We secure places in all the major UK runs and whether you opt for a 5K, 10k, half or a full marathon we will support you every step of the way.  Join our team and help the 1 in 17 people who get bowel cancer.

Bupa Great North Run 2012

As the world's biggest half marathon event, this is one not to be missed. The route takes runners through the spectator lined streets of Newcastle upon Tyne and finishes in the picturesque seaside town of South Sheilds. With 54,000 other runners and a host of celebrities it's certain to be a race day to remember.
