BE LOUD! BE CLEAR! (formerly known as the Loud Tie campaign) is our annual awareness and fundraising campaign , urging the public to be loud! By BEING LOUD AND CLEAR about bowel cancer and its symptoms, dispelling the embarrassment so often associated with the disease, you can help people be clear of bowel cancer and save lives from the second most deadly cancer in the UK.

The BE LOUD! BE CLEAR! campaign provides fantastic and fun-filled opportunities to get involved and get talking about bowel cancer - and at all times, remembering to BE LOUD and proud! Wear your most colourful, craziest, zaniest attire, talk out loud (or sing, or shout!) about bowel cancer, and make sure everyone knows why!

At the same time, help the campaign raise valuable funds by making a donation or organising a sponsored activity.

Thank you to everyone who supported our BE LOUD! Campaign which took place from 28th January to 3rd February 2008. Dozens of events took place across the country, and there was widespread media coverage about the campaign and the disease, which was fantastic for raising awareness about bowel cancer.
