Just Diagnosed?

In July 2007 we were delighted to launch our new information service to colorectal nurse specialists, based in leading hospitals. Funded by a grant from the Department of Health, we sent special Patient Packs (containing several key information booklets), into 300 hospitals. These are to be given to patients on the point of diagnosis. If your hospital has not received these packs and are interested in finding out more, please email us for further information.
