Parachute Jump Day for Beating Bowel Cancer

Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway flying at 10,000 feet – the noise of the engines and the wind ringing in your ears with the outline of distant fields below. Now imagine leaning forward out of that doorway and letting go...falling into the clouds, diving down through the air as you start freefalling at over 120mph.....

Join Beating Bowel Cancer at our first parachute jump day in Brackley. Get a group of friends together, have a great day out and tandem skydive from 10,000 ft!

Technically the jump is called a 'Tandem Skydive' because you will be freefalling through the air (without the parachute deployed) for several thosand feet and you'll be harnessed to a professional instructor. A chance in a lifetime!

Points to remember:

• Jump and training completed in one day
• Harnessed to an experienced parachute instructor at all times
• Jump from at least 10,000 ft – just like the professionals
• Freefall down to 5,000 feet – falling through the air at 120mph!
• Certificate to prove that you have completed a  'two-mile high' Tandem Skydive!
  

All we ask you to do is sign up with a £70 registration fee and then raise a minimum amount of £395  sponsorship money.

Then turn up on Sunday 13 June 2010 at Brackely and join the Beating Bowel Cancer parachute team! You'll all have some training and then its time for the big challenge.
