Create a Much Loved tribute page
Beating Bowel Cancer are working in partnership with Much Loved to help you create a sensitive, personalised and lasting memorial website in memory of your loved one. Tributes are easy to set up and can include photos, stories, music and video – they can be as simple or as detailed as you would like. You can decide to allow public access or keep your tribute private, available only for invited friends and family. We are always grateful to those people who choose to set up their tribute to accept donations on behalf of Beating Bowel Cancer. Setting up a memorial fund
What is a memorial fund?
A memorial fund is a very special way to remember the life of a loved one. The fund is set up by you in the name of your loved one and can remain open for as long as you would like. Your friends and family can contribute to the fund at any time. You may like to ask friends and relatives to donate to your memorial fund in lieu of flowers at your loved one’s funeral, or perhaps at birthdays, anniversaries or other special times of the year; or you may prefer to set up a regular gift to your memorial fund. How and when you contribute to the fund is entirely up to you. A memorial fund is a unique way to remember your loved one and to help Beating Bowel Cancer raise awareness of bowel cancer and support other patients at this difficult time.
How do I set up a memorial fund?
If you wish to set up a memorial fund or have further questions please contact Angela Cummings on 020 8973 0019. We will deal with the administration of the fund and provide you with updates as often as you would like.
Donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral
We are always grateful to people who choose to support our work by holding a collection at a funeral or memorial service. Beating Bowel Cancer has donation forms that can be included with your order of service.
Please click here to download a copy of our In Memoriam gift form, or contact Angela Cummings on 020 8973 0019 to request printed forms.
You may prefer to ask your funeral director to contact us directly for donation forms. The funeral director will then forward the contributions to us and we will send you a letter of acknowledgement and thanks.
